| After moving back to California, March began with Kim's cervical spinal fusion surgery: his "Warholization" of himself with neck brace (which had to be worn 24/7 for three months) says it all! |

| May: Still wearing cursed brace, Kim attended a microinsurance seminar in New Delhi and visited the Taj Mahal. He still talks about the trip, including the unbelievable traffic jams! |

| While Kim was in India, Kimberlee supervised the installation of our yard redesign; southwest plants have since doubled in size |

July: The fun continued as we took the young couples (Alex and Sasha/ Grant and Ali) to the Big Island. And yes, that IS the real Steve Carrell posing with happy fans in Target! |
